Bunkie Overview
· Bunkies are for couples retreat only. (2 people maximum)
· Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited.
· No visitors are permitted on the site.
Bookings: Minimum Stay: 2-night at all times; exception is
3-night minimum stay on long weekends. Maximum Stay: 14 nights
· Reservations for bunkies can be made up to 2 months prior to arrival, subject to availability.
· Check-in is at 3PM and check-out is at 11AM.
· Must be 25 years of age to book. Renter of the bunkie site must be present during the stay.
· Dogs and/or pets are NOT permitted in the bunkie or on the site.
· No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the bunkie.
· Bunkie is expected to be left clean.
· Additional park rules apply.
What is Included
· Electrical service: 30 amp
· Fridge and microwave
· BBQ and Propane
· Dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, kitchen towel and clothes.
· Firepit and one bag of firewood
· Access to private picnic area and cooking area
· Double bed with high quality mattress
· Inside dining table
· Parking for one vehicle
· Serviced with water (outdoor tap)
· Shared hot tub access (maximum of three 30-minute intervals per site, per day)
· Access to public showers and washrooms
· Porta potty and hand washing station located in close proximity of bunkie sites
· Access to washroom and shower facilities in the Park
· Ceiling fan
· Air conditioning
· Safety features: smoke detector and first aid kit.
· Access to the Private Park amenities offered: paddle boats, pool tables, etc.
What to Bring
· Bedding includes sheets, blankets, pillows, etc.
· Food and drinks
· Towels
· Cookware and small appliances
· Garbage bags
· Flashlight
Bunkie and reservation fees
· Payment must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
· Damage deposit (cash or etransfer) is required at the time of check in.
· Government issued ID is required at the time of check in.
· Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
Cancelling or changing your reservation
· Reservation fees are non-refundable.
· Cancellation or changing your reservations:
o More than two weeks advance notice of stay a 50% refund will given.
o Less than two week notice in advance, no refund will be given.
o No refund for shortening your stay.
